In 2016, Christina received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Siobhan O’Grady graduated from Pace Law School in 2004, Magna Cum Laude , and Pace University in 2001, Magna Cum Laude. She was admitted to practice in January 2005 and primarily focuses in Matrimonial and Family Law. She previously worked as a Court Attorney in Rockland Supreme Court (2011-2015) and Rockland Family Court (2016-2018) prior to joining Miller Zeiderman & Wiederkehr LLP in November 2018. In May of 2018, Siobhan was awarded the Judith S. Kaye Community Service Award by the Unified Court System for her charitable work with the Alzheimer’s Association and Rockland County Autism Advocates, as well as her volunteer work with the Pearl River Little League and Pearl River Chamber of Commerce. She also received the Municipal Affairs Award in 2009 during her tenure at the New York City Law Department (2004-2010).
Ms. O’Grady’s experience as a Court Attorney provides her with the unique and invaluable perspective of having worked side by side with the Judges presiding over divorce actions and post judgment matrimonial matters, custody/visitation matters, guardianship cases, child support matters, neglect and abuse matters, adoptions, and paternity cases. Her court system background of conferencing and settling matters with counsel and pro se litigants allows Ms. O’Grady to approach cases with an eye towards resolution, while her litigation background enables her to litigate cases/issues when necessary.

Dara Warren is presently the Principal Court Attorney for the Hon. Sherri L. Eisenpress, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court and Family Court Judge for Rockland County. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 1995, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996. Prior to her present position, she was a litigator and trial attorney, concentrating in the area of personal injury. She also engaged in appellate practice, including the preparation of briefs and oral argument before the various Appellate Divisions throughout the State and the Court of Appeals.

Susan G Yellen, with over 25 years of experience in matrimonial law, Susan Yellen’s background in the social sciences enables her to assist her clients in the often emotionally charged divorce and custody situations. Ms. Yellen’s commitment to educating her clients about the legal process assists her clients as they navigate their matters.
Actively involved in the legal community, Ms. Yellen is the Immediate Past President of the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association. She participates as a lecturer and author of articles for New York State Bar Association sponsored Continuing Legal Education programs to keep her colleagues up to date on matrimonial and family law.
Ms. Yellen is a founding member of the Rockland Westchester Collaborative Attorneys, and she also serves as treasurer of the group. While she will actively engage in negotiations in order to resolve cases, she is a zealous advocate for her client when court intervention is warranted.
